White Christmas Crunch Popcorn Recipe

I love this recipe, mostly because I’m a fan of snacking. And this is such an easy and quick snack to make. Plus, it has a delicious crunch to it. And chocolate. It also makes a great little gift to give to neighbors or friends (just bag it up, add a cute bow and tag, and bam! Gift.). Another great use for this delicious White Christmas Crunch Popcorn is to bring it to any holiday parties you may be attending soon -it’s always a hit!

To get started, you’ll need a big bowl of popcorn. I air-popped around 1/2 a cup of kernels. If you go the microwave route, 2 bags should do the trick. You’ll also need:

9oz bag of vanilla candy melts

1 cup broken pretzel pieces

1 1/2 cups of m&ms

festive sprinkles

First, you’ll add the pretzels and m&ms to the bowl of popcorn. See, I told you this recipe was easy.

Next, you’ll need to melt the vanilla candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. I heated mine up at 50% power for about 2 minutes. Then, drizzle about half of the melted vanilla candy over your popcorn mix.

Stir up to get everything mixed well, then drizzle the rest of the melted candy. My bowl ended up being to small to be able to mix well (popcorn was falling out everywhere), so I just poured everything into a bigger bowl, stirred a little, then poured it back. I repeated this until everything was pretty evenly-coated in the melted candy.

You will then pour out your mix onto some aluminum foil. I placed two longish strips next to each other, and that seemed to work well. Spread out the popcorn mix, then add the sprinkles evenly over all of it. The candy melts won’t take long to dry. Once dry, break everything up and return it to the bowl, or bag it, or prepare it however you’d like.

Oh look, we’re already done. Seriously, so easy. Enjoy!
